Who are we?
Popform is an Australian based bespoke manufacturer of Plastic products and Point of Purchase (P.O.P.) displays and fixtures. We strive to provide customers with helpful advice, prompt service, quality products and competitive pricing.
We are a family business combining a vast experience in design, project management and manufacture with a youthful energy for new opportunities.
What do we do?
We offer both moulding and fabrication of plastic components in house. Our Vacuum Forming machinery is suitable for the moulding of bespoke plastic components in a variety of sizes, substrates, and complexity. Short production runs, typical of Australian manufacture, are completed with low set up costs and efficient production times.
We also offer custom cutting of all types of substrates. Our CNC router cutter is suitable for plastics, timber, aluminium composite panel and some metals. Complex shapes can be cut and/or engraved into the substrate.
Folding and fabrication of saw, router or laser cut components can provide alternatives for simple products where tooling is not required.
We also offer laser engraving of plastic, metal, and timber parts for an elegant finishing touch to signs, displays and trophies.
Where appropriate, we source raw materials and components from offshore. We provide the expertise to specify suitable gauge, finish, colour etc to ensure the quality of the end product.
We can provide complete design support for new projects or treat your own design work with confidentiality and provide advice on available materials and/or manufacturing techniques to provide you with a product that will undoubtedly meet your satisfaction.
